how can i clean a flat screen computer monitor?
have some spots on there that i dont know what they are or how to remove them?
Don't use anything that has ammonia or alcohol in it. This may damage the film on the LCD screen. It's important to note that LCD screens are not glass, so don't use glass cleaner on them.
Use a micro fiber cloth, not a paper towel.
I use the kit from http://www.pixelclean.com . It has everything that you need and it works very well.
Good luck.

Brillo pad….
Seriously, any alcohol based cleaner. You can but screen cleaners at any computer store. Just read the warnings and directions first.

I'm guessing that you mean 'flat panel' rather than 'flat screen' which is actually a CRT…
The damp cloth works great!

U can go to office depot and they sell wipes for it. Or use a 50% mix of isopropyl alcohol and 50% water. The cloth has to be slightly damp and the screen turned off (dont wet the screen). It is better to buy the wipes to be sure and they are not that expensive.
