computer Monitor? I have a 17 inch CRT Monitor and want to change it to 21 inch flat monitor. ?

Will my system performance stays same?
LCD monitor is what i want but fear that it may reduce my performance
?

Computer monitor and your system performance are completely unrelated. You computer video card doesn't care if it sends it output signal to 17" monitor, a 21" LCD or a 60" HD TV or a lecture hall projector. So go ahead with the LCD and enjoy. it will be the best decision you have ever made.
